We ended another wonderful year of our Creative Writing program with our traditional treasure hunt.
This year’s theme was the power of truth and how we can challenge stereotypes. Through fun activities, the children practiced critical thinking, observation, empathy, and teamwork while remembering everything they had learned during the year.
They wrote short stories and dialogues, explored different characters, and learned to see situations from different points of view. Together, we talked about why stereotypes exist and why it is important to question them and treat everyone with respect.
As always, we finished the day with lots of laughter, a sweet treasure, and wishes for a wonderful summer.
We look forward to seeing our young writers again for another year of creativity and imagination!
