On January 18, 2026, the “Stavros Chalioris” Community Center celebrated the traditional New Year’s Cake Cutting with a joyful event for children and families.
The celebration featured face painting, magic tricks, clown games, dancing, and a special video looking back at the highlights of 2025, creating a festive atmosphere filled with smiles and laughter.
The event included welcome remarks from the President of the Community Center, Thanasis Xynidis, while Koula Tsiftsidou, on behalf of the Board of Directors, cut the traditional Vasilopita. Four lucky winners—three children and one adult—received gift vouchers for sporting goods after finding the lucky coin.
We warmly thank everyone who celebrated with us, as well as the Apollon Center for its hospitality and Polytheama Kroko & Lino for the wonderful entertainment program. It was the perfect way to welcome the new year—with joy, togetherness, and positive energy.
