Adult Traditional Dance Group at the Xanthi Thracian Folklore Festival

On February 3, 2026, the Adult Traditional Dance Group of the “Stavros Chalioris” Community Center once again participated in the folklore dance evenings organized by the Municipality of Xanthi as part of the Xanthi Carnival celebrations.

This year’s performance featured traditional dances from Western Macedonia, with a special focus on the Kozani region, renowned for its vibrant brass music, lively rhythms, and dynamic dance tradition.

Congratulations to all our dancers for their excellent performance, which was warmly applauded by the audience, and to our dance instructor, Kyriakos Athanasiadis, for his dedication and outstanding preparation of the group.
