On Saturday, February 9, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., the Stavros Chalioris Social Center in Magiko successfully co-organized, together with the Pontian Association of Xanthi, a commemorative event marking the 90th anniversary of the Population Exchange between Greece and Turkey.
Entitled “Twice a Stranger,” the event featured the screening of a documentary and musical performances by the Choir of the Pontian Association of Xanthi, offering participants a moving tribute to the memories, experiences, and cultural heritage of the refugee generations.
