The children attended a presentation by Environmental Engineer Triantafyllos Vaitsis, who spoke about the creative reuse and recycling of waste materials to make practical and decorative objects.

After the presentation, the children were given a variety of materials and, with Mr. Vaitsis’ guidance—and above all their own imagination inspired by the ideas they had explored—they created their own unique artworks.
