PRESENTATION OF A DEPARTMENT AS PART OF THE PROGRAMS’ CLOSING CELEBRATIONS
The S.T.E.M. explorers of the “Stavros Halioris” Social Center concluded their adventures for this year with a wonderful celebration they prepared for us! We began with a very interesting interactive quiz led by the department heads, Altzi Tsanko and Dimitris Fragkoulis, focusing on recycling. Participants of all ages joined in, testing their knowledge and resolving their questions about the recycling process.
Next, the younger children conducted and presented an experiment on material density, while the older ones explained the workings of an electric circuit to us.
To wrap up, we watched a video showcasing the children’s experiences from their participation in the Explorer Departments.
