On Saturday, January 13, 2018, the “STAVROS HALIORIS” Community Center organized an excursion for its members to the Giant Dinosaur Park at the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF).

Children and their families explored impressive life-sized dinosaur models featuring robotic movement, realistic sounds, and vibrant colors, enjoying an interactive and educational journey into the prehistoric world.

After visiting the exhibition, participants had free time to explore the city of Thessaloniki before gathering for the Community Center’s traditional New Year’s Cake Cutting Ceremony (Vasilopita) at the Koryfi family restaurant in Pefka.

The celebration was honored by the presence of Mrs. Tania Papaioannou, President of the Filyro Citizens’ Movement, Mrs. Olympia Dimaratou, the Association’s Communications Officer, and artist Mr. Triantafyllos Iliadis.
