Τhe “STAVROS HALIORIS” Community Center organized a day trip to Thessaloniki for its members, offering a day filled with culture, education, and fun.
At the Thessaloniki International Fair (TIF), younger children and their families visited the themed exhibition “The Twelve Labours of Hercules,” enjoying an interactive journey through Greek mythology. Older students explored “Van Gogh Alive – The Experience,” an immersive exhibition that introduced them to the life and work of the renowned artist through spectacular digital projections and sound.
The excursion continued with lunch and the Community Center’s traditional New Year’s Cake Cutting Ceremony (Vasilopita) at To Chryso, before concluding with a visit to the Mediterranean Cosmos shopping center.
The Community Center warmly thanks all the children and their families for their excellent cooperation, which contributed to the success of this memorable trip.
