Students from the Educational Robotics Department of the “Stavros Halioris” Community Center visited the Archaeological Site of Avdera, where they explored the city’s history from the Archaic to the Byzantine period.
Guided by archaeologist Natasa Michailidou, the students actively participated in the tour, asking thoughtful questions and discovering how archaeology reveals the evolution of a city through time.
The visit offered a unique educational experience, combining history, culture, and curiosity while demonstrating how technology and heritage can inspire learning.
